This
week was fun, we saw a pig get killed, and then we ate it, it was
DELICIOUS. DELICIOUS CARNITAS Y POZOLE! *tear* it was an emotional
experience. it was funny because we walked into the house, and in front
like the living room type area there was the pig..huge, wait...and
dead..they were like you missed it we killed it like an hour ago!...I
came late on purpose, because they wanted me to do the honors and kill
it....I just cant do that...jajaja, but i sure can eat it!
Also
we had some pretty cool experiences this week. We had a lesson with our
investigator Atlantida, it was awesome because we realized the impact
that the gospel made in her life. It literally saved her
physically. It was awesome to hear her story and the awesome and great
responsibility it was to play a part in the Lord's work, and help his
children come unto him. it was an awesome way to end the year..it was
literally the last lesson of the year for me, so it will definitely be
something I remember forever. I love the mission! I'm learning so much, and now that I don't have a lot of time left, its' time to hunker down and
just work hard, hard, hard. Make everything worth it.
